* Dispute Resolution: We hope to avoid disputes, but if there is a dispute, you are required to arbitrate disputes with us and the manner in which you can seek relief may be limited.
* Terminate Account: You may terminate your account at any time you wish to do without having to take full permission from us.
* Insurance of funds: We are not a bank or other depository institution. Your account isn't a deposit account or bank account. Your account and digital assets are only covered by insurance against losses due to external hack which we will only be liable to refund 40% of your total investment in this case. 1. Scope of Refund Policies
Our refund policy applies to all services rendered by our brokerage firm but is not limited to, brokerage fees, consulting services, and any other fees applicable to our transactions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- If a service was not delivered as agreed upon in the contract.
- If there was an error on our part that necessitated a refund or system hack. In this case we will communicate with you on how we intend to pay back lost funds.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
Clients seeking to request a refund must submit a written request to our customer service team at support@Tradepanacea.com. The request should include:
- Client’s name and contact information
- Detailed description of the refund
- Reason for the refund request
4. Review and Approval
Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review it within 2-3business days. We reserve the right to require additional information to support the request. Our decision will be communicated to you promptly, and if approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.
NOTE; in some circumstances depending on the initiated refund, it might take up to a year+ to get full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind by the client after services have been completed.
- Delays in service that are outside of our control, including but not limited to market fluctuations or unexpected events.
- Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client.
6. Amendments to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to amend our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

By accessing or using our services or Platforms, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

* Payward Europe Solutions Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin Docklands, Dublin 2, Ireland D02 R296, for VASP Services if you live in Ireland (except as noted below);
